Walter W. STUMP, 96 of 1403 W. Main died at 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday in Culver Hospital. He was a member of Trinity United
Methodist Church and Montgomery Lodge 50 F & AM (Free and Accepted Masons). He retired
in 1959 from Elston Bank after 35 years. He was educated at
Crawfordsville HS. Born Sept 4, 1883 at Crawfordsville, he was a
son of Perry and Tabitha Stump. He was married in 1908 at
Crawfordsville to Blanche Davis who preceded him in death. He is
survived by one son, Robert K. He was preceded in death by two
brothers, Will and Paul. Services are at 11 Saturday in Hunt
& Son with Rev PJ Hamilton and Rev. Paul Jump officiating.
